Nurse Practitionner or Physician Assistant
We are looking for an dedicated and highly motivated PA/NP to operate their own Ketamine Infusion Clinic. Preferably IV and Sedation trained. You will provide direct patient care (placing IV’s and starting Ketamine Infusions), discussing patient symptoms and concerns about prescribing infusion medication. When needed, you will collaborate with a physician to treat more advanced illnesses or injuries.

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
No Weekends, no Holidays, or Call.
1099 employee.
As an Advanced Practice Provider (APP), you’ll play an integral role as our leading medical provider, once the practice expands you will be in charge of clinical operations as well as RNs and MAs (medical assistants)
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant to:
Facilitate new patient consultation and health history review
Perform physical examinations and screenings of patients
Place IV catheters for visiting patients
Order and administer Ketamine IV Infusions
Review and interpret test results
Recommend further treatment and/or future appointments if needed
Provide referrals to other practitioners when necessary
Provide after-care/ongoing care information and resources to patients and their families
Education:
If Nurse Practitioner: Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from accredited Nursing Program.
If Physician Assistant: Master’s degree from accredited PA Program.
Work Experience:
Preferred – (1) years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
Licenses and Certifications :
Minimum – State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure.
If Nurse Practitioner*:
Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND Active DEA License
Active board certification as a NP.
Active BLS licensure and need ACLS before start date
If Physician Assistant*:
Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND Active DEA License
Active PA board certification.
Active BLS licensure and need ACLS before start date
All Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have*: Active DEA license.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Madison, WI 53711: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
